顶线高科技基金（TopLine ）创始管理合伙人。私募基金Piedmont Partner Group风险合伙人，分管科技投资。管理私募股权基金Sorenson Capital，规模10亿美金，负责工业领域的杠杆收购。

 

硅谷前十、旧金山最大的科技孵化器Runway创始人，该孵化器已为其孵化项目募资近5亿美金。

 

作为投资人受邀参加YC孵化器每年第一日路演。长期担任美国联邦政府唯一拨款支持的孵化器／加速器“科技未来集团”的常驻企业家导师，为成长期公司提供募资、收入成长、吸引人才等方面的指导。

 

创建公司还包括：TopLine Incubator（硅谷著名商业孵化器）、LaunchHear（YC资助软件公司）、Soma Hub、Meida Forge（被日本最大电商Rakuten收购) 。

 

曾在哈佛法学院、杨伯翰大学和圣马特奥学院学习。大学读书期间，获德丰杰（DFJ）创始人Tim Draper 100万美金投资，创立和管理基金the University Venture Fund，规模2000万美元。该基金15个投资项目中有4个成功在纽交所或纳斯达克IPO上市，被美国各主流媒体相继报道，也因此受邀与沃伦巴菲特先生见面交流，并相处数日，受教颇深。回硅谷后，长期受教于硅谷教父 Don Lucas先生（甲骨文最早投资人、首任甲骨文董事长及甲骨文终身董事会成员）。

 

Allan is the founding partner & GP at TopLine Capital, the founder of Runway (a technology incubator in the heart of San Francisco) & TopLine (a technology and business incubator in Richmond Marina Bay near UC Berkeley). He also co-founded LaunchHear (a company backed by Y Combinator), Soma Hub, and Meida Forge (sold to Rakuten).

 

Allan has experience as a venture capitalist wit a small group of students that launched a venture fund managed by undergraduates. That portfolio yielded 4 IPOs and generated to tier returns for investors. Allan is also currently a venture partner with Piedmont Partners Group Ventures, a late stage private equity firm. 

 

He used to study in Harvard Law School, Brigham Young University, and College of San Mateo.
